R 000 - R500,000 NIL R500,000 - R1,000,000 5% of amount in excess of R500,000 R500,000 - R+ 8% of amount in excess of R1,000,000
Trusts ,CCs and Companies - Transfer duty is calculated at a flat rate of 8% of the full purchase price.
